The shop
Occasio Roasters sells roasted coffee from this website, shipped from Morris County, New Jersey. Placing an order is an offer to buy the bags in your cart at the prices in Square's catalog. We confirm it by charging the card and emailing you.
Prices and payment
The price you are charged is the catalog price in Square, plus shipping and tax as described on the shipping page. Square processes the payment. We do not store your card number.
Shipping
Retail orders ship. There is no pickup option on this site. We aim to ship within 48 hours of the order. The confirmation describes typical delivery as 2–4 days after the package ships. Carrier delays are outside that promise.
The Opportunist
The subscription on sale is two 12 oz bags for $30 each delivery, monthly, with free shipping, billed by Square until you cancel. Cancel from your account; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically refund that period. Skipping or changing a box, where the account page offers it, is sent to Square as a change to that subscription. Other bag counts and a two-week cadence are not part of the offer until they are turned on.
Cancellations and problems
An order cancellation from your account is a request to the roaster. It does not by itself cancel or refund the charge. Coffee can't be returned. If an order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong coffee, we'll replace it — write to hello@occasioroasters.com with your order number and a photo, ideally within 7 days of delivery. Wholesale
Wholesale pricing and Net-30 terms apply only to approved partners in the wholesale portal. The public inquiry form is a request to talk, not an account.
